We have established a confidential reporting system, accessible to our agents, employees, the public, external agents, and anyone interacting with our organization. This inclusivity ensures that anyone can report ethical concerns without fear of retaliation.


Upon receiving a report, whether from internal staff, agents, or external parties, the Advisory Board will initiate a fair and impartial investigation. Confirmed violations of our ethical standards will result in appropriate disciplinary actions, which may include, but are not limited to, educational interventions, corrective measures, and up to termination, depending on the severity of the breach.
