An open-air street festival in downtown Bridgeville celebrating Sussex County’s apple and scrapple agricultural heritage. Highlights include the Apple Pie Bake-Off, Pork Scrapple Competition, Ladies’ Iron Skillet Toss, Scrapple Chunkin’ Contest, Mayor’s Scrapple Sling, a 5K costume run, carnival rides, craft show, health and safety fair, and free entertainment stage. Friday evening features a scrapple tasting fundraiser and street dance; Saturday is the full festival day.
