Viewing & Finding Your Listings

The My Listings panel on your Dashboard shows all listings you’re the agent of record for, with status badges, quick-action buttons, and search/filter tools.

1
Open My Listings

Log in and go to your Dashboard. Scroll down to the My Listings section. Each listing card shows:

  • Draft or Published
  • Primary photo thumbnail
  • Address and Listing Details

Only listings where you are the assigned Listing Agent appear in your My Listings panel. Contact admin if a listing you manage is missing.

Adding a New Listing

Optional: Use the MLS JSON import to auto-fill most fields in seconds, then fill in what’s missing and add photos. See the MLS JSON Import SOP for the full AI conversion workflow.

In the My Listings section, click the + Add Listing button in the top-right corner. The 11-step listing form opens with an Import from MLS JSON panel at the top.

2
Import or Fill Step 1 — Address & Agent

Drop a .json file into the import zone to auto-fill up to 28 fields across all steps, or fill in Step 1 manually:

  • Street Number, Name, Type, City, State, ZIP
  • Property Type
  • Listing Status — Active, Coming Soon, Under Contract, etc.
  • Listing Agent — select yourself from the dropdown if not auto-filled.
  • County and Subdivision

Always assign yourself as the Listing Agent before publishing. An unassigned listing won’t display your contact info on the listing page.

3
Complete the Remaining Steps

Use the tab bar to navigate through all 11 steps in any order. Key steps to complete before your listing can be Published:

  • Step 2 — Property Details: price, beds, baths, sq ft, lot size, year built
  • Step 3 — Features: interior features, flooring, appliances, pool
  • Step 4 — Construction: heating, water, sewer, roof
  • Step 5 — Description: listing description — edit or improve the MLS text
  • Step 8 — Photos & Media: primary photo + gallery (required to publish)If you had photos captured by The Parker Group, an Admin can add them for you once they’re ready.

You can Save Draft at any point and return later AS LONG AS YOU ARE SET AS THE LISTING AGENT The listing won’t be publicly visible until an Admin publishes it.

4
Upload Photos

In Step 8 — Photos & Media, upload your listing photos:

  • Primary Photo — the hero image shown on listing cards and at the top of the listing page. Upload one high-quality exterior or interior shot.
  • Gallery — drag and drop multiple photos at once. They upload in parallel. Drag to reorder after upload.
  • Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, WebP
  • Recommended size: 1200px wide minimum, landscape orientation preferred
  • Suggested maximum per file: 20 MB

5
Publish the Listing

When the listing is ready, scroll to the bottom of Step 8 — Photos & Media and click Save Draft. The listing will now be available for you to continue editing or for an Admin to publish when ready.

A published listing is visible to all site visitors. Only request a publishing when the listing is complete and the sellers have approved the content going live.

Editing an Existing Listing

Any listing in your My Listings panel can be edited at any time — whether it’s a draft or live. Changes to a published listing take effect immediately.

1
Open the Edit Form

From My Listings, click the Edit button on the listing card. The same 11-step form opens, pre-filled with all existing data. You can also use the Update from MLS JSON zone at the top to re-import updated MLS data — it overwrites matching fields without touching photos or the description.

2
Make Changes & Save

Navigate to any step using the tab bar, make your edits, then click Save Changes (or Save Draft if the listing is not yet published). You do not need to complete every step to save — only the step you’re on is updated.

Changes to a published listing are visible to the public immediately after saving. Double-check price updates and status changes before clicking Save. Pricing updates will reflect on the Listing Page — If you’d like to hide a price change badge from showing, contact an Admin

3
Update Listing Status

To update status (e.g., Active → Under Contract → Sold), go to Step 1 — Address & Agent and change the Listing Status dropdown. Save the form. The status badge updates on all listing cards and the listing detail page immediately.

Available statuses:

  • Active — live and available
  • Coming Soon — visible but not yet accepting showings
  • Under Contract — offer accepted, sale pending
  • Pending — contingencies being resolved
  • Sold — transaction closed, these will be reverted to Drafts after a short period.
