Loblolly Acres

Loblolly Acres is one of those places that feels truly special and very Delaware. What started as a family Christmas tree farm has grown into this beautiful farm and event space where you can enjoy live music, seasonal events, arts performances, and community gatherings throughout the year. I love that it still has that family-farm feel, with the beautiful fields, old Christmas tree farm, animals, and spaces that make you feel like you’re getting away without actually going far. Whether you’re heading there for a concert, pumpkin season, or one of their unique events, Loblolly Acres is such a fun way to experience a little more of the charm and community that makes Central Delaware so special.
