The People Behind the Name

It started in a classroom.

In 2015 we were teachers at Sussex Academy. Dustin started taking real estate classes on the side – not to leave teaching behind, but to bring it with him.

More than a decade and a billion dollars of homes later, the job hasn't really changed: know your stuff, care about the people in front of you, and always show up. We're ninth-generation Sussex County, raising our own family right here. This is our happy place — we'd love to help you find yours.
