Born and raised in Dagsboro and now a Millsboro resident, Julie Ward believes that real estate is deeply personal and inherently local. She serves buyers and sellers throughout Milford, Milton, Lewes, Millsboro, and beyond, helping clients navigate everything from first moves and relocations to vacation homes, investment properties, and major life transitions.

Before entering real estate, Julie built her career in public service, an experience that shaped her straightforward communication style and commitment to helping people make informed decisions. Since becoming licensed in 2021, she has guided more than 60 successful transactions and consistently closes over 20 homes each year. In addition to working directly with clients, Julie serves as General Manager of The Parker Group and Branch Manager of Mustache Mortgage, giving her a unique understanding of both the real estate and financing sides of the process.
